Asphalt or concrete?

Asphalt is soft and highly abrasive. Asphalt blades therefore have a hard bond and often undercut protection that shields the steel core from wear. Cured concrete, by contrast, needs a softer bond so the diamonds keep being exposed.

Universal blades are available for combined cuts through asphalt and the concrete below. Choose the diameter and bore to suit your floor saw and always cut wet.
